Today, we are building a community connecting Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico—and we want you to be part of it. Therefore, we are looking for a Content Creator to serve as the voice and lens of **AEM** on the road, capturing organic stories that humanize transportation and foster a large, loyal community across Latin America. **Strategic Responsibilities** * Develop scripts and content concepts for the transportation sector. * Apply storytelling techniques to gather the stories required for content. * Design an editing workflow for recorded footage to produce a ~15-minute YouTube video. * Identify trends and hooks to boost engagement for social media and YouTube content. * Create innovative content grounded in justified ideas derived from platform analytics. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Proven experience managing social media accounts, with an up-to-date portfolio. * Proficiency in audiovisual production. * Ability to create cinematic shot lists, strong audio handling skills, and sound judgment for on-location filming. * Experience operating audiovisual equipment—including DJI microphones, DSLR cameras, smartphones, or Osmo cameras. * Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and AI-powered content generation tools.
