




Job Summary: This role involves document assembly and management for dispatch, internal coordination with departments, support in settlement and dispatch of documents, as well as support to transportation. Documentary support for transportation and distribution **Responsibilities:** * Assemble documents for dispatch. * Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports considering the Purchase Order (PO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Receiving Document (RD), Sampling Report, Delivery Note, and/or Invoice. * Coordinate with billing assistants to ensure timely submission of delivery note and invoice reports. * Review and keep updated shared folders related to documents used for document assembly on the intranet. * Scan and/or print all documents involved in document assembly. * File warehouse documents (delivery notes, invoices, protocols, reports, etc.). * Support the collections department in document settlement and dispatch, following coordination with billing assistants. * Provide support to transportation and distribution staff upon specific client requests for documents. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
