Therefore, we are looking for an **ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Log entry in Trianon Satelital and report to maintenance supervisors; record each start and completion of maintenance service in Trianon Satelital. * Perform elevator maintenance according to schedule using appropriate tools and PPE. * Inspect elevators and ensure they are in good condition and properly adjusted. * Review equipment service orders (history) prior to performing maintenance. * Provide customer consultation during maintenance, if required. * Record maintenance observations on the “Service Order,” where applicable. * Generate service orders in Trianon Satelital and ensure client signatures are obtained for subsequent billing. * Support the Faults and Breakdowns department, if necessary. * Submit mobility reports to the Technical Maintenance Leader by the specified date. * Complete the ATS correctly, identifying hazards and risks associated with the activity. * Possess full PPE appropriate for the task and use it accordingly. * Report any unsafe building conditions encountered during work via Trianon Satelital. * Review equipment service orders (history) prior to performing maintenance. * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Electrotechnology, Electrical Mechanics, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of elevators.
