Requirements: ✔ Technical graduate in **Administration, Logistics, or related fields** ✔ **1 year of experience** in handling incidents, complaints, or order tracking ✔ Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint** ✔ Strong communication skills, service orientation, and analytical ability Main Responsibilities: * Register and manage incidents arising during operational processes. * Analyze reported cases and apply the corresponding procedure. * Identify responsible parties and document case evidence. * Follow up on and close incidents within established timeframes. * Report indicators and results to the relevant department.
