Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for an HR role with experience in labor legislation, payroll, recruitment, and personnel selection. Key Highlights: 1. Proven HR experience (logistics and/or transportation sector) 2. Essential knowledge of payroll systems and current labor legislation 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills **Profile:** * Technical professional or final-cycle student in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of proven HR experience (logistics and/or transportation sector). * Knowledge of payroll systems and current labor legislation. (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of recruitment and personnel selection. * Intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Excel). (MANDATORY). * Basic knowledge of T-Registro and PDT PLAME platforms. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all sociocultural levels. * Knowledge of SSOMA, Sunafil, and social welfare. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
