As an **Inventory Coordinator**, you will be tasked with ensuring stock accuracy by executing cyclic, general, and dispatch audits to mitigate discrepancies. You must guarantee product traceability through system registration and serial number scanning, optimizing stock integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and lead cyclic and general inventory counts, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records, and managing discrepancies promptly. * Manage inventory movements, status changes, and product traceability via WMS systems and data capture. * Control logistical assets such as containers, shrinkage, and SCRAP items, ensuring proper operational and administrative management. * Supervise receiving, storage, and logistical flow processes, optimizing resource utilization and adherence to procedures. * Ensure dispatches comply with quality standards and customer-defined timelines (SLAs). * Manage reverse logistics, returns, and value-added services (VAS) such as labeling, repackaging, and quality validation. * Comply with GMP regulations, safety standards, risk prevention requirements, and promote continuous improvement initiatives within operations. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution centers, retail, or logistics-related fields. * Technical education in Logistics or a related field (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills across various organizational levels. * Proactive profile with strong work ethics, customer orientation, adaptability to change, and commitment to best practices.
