Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative duties. \- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. \- Availability to work on-site in Surco. \- Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and customer orientation. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide direct administrative and managerial support to leadership. \- Collaborate with management in launching new projects. \- Customer retention for key accounts. \- Coordination with suppliers. \- Supervise proper implementation of internal processes and procedures. \- Maintain up-to-date information in Excel tables and reports.
