Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for a Logistics Manager for an automotive company with experience in warehousing, inventory management, import operations, and team leadership, focused on optimizing and improving the company's logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations. * Organize warehouse relocation, distribution, and arrangement. * Implement and control inventory from scratch, ensuring accurate stock recording and control. * Knowledge of and experience managing import-related processes, packing lists, and invoicing. * Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and forklift operators. * Monitor vehicle fleet via GPS and track units. * Coordinate ERP system implementation and propose improvements to optimize logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management or coordination roles. * Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and import operations. * Knowledge of packing lists and import documentation. * Experience leading warehouse and transportation teams. * Valid A1 driver's license. * Availability to work in SJL – Jicamarca. **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: S/ 3,000 – S/ 3,500 based on experience. * Bi-weekly payment via bank deposit. * Honorarium receipt during the first month, followed by formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Available parking. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
