Requirements: ✔ Technical graduate in **Administration, Logistics, or related fields** ✔ **1 year of experience** in incident handling, complaint resolution, or order tracking ✔ Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint** ✔ Strong communication skills, service orientation, and analytical ability Main Responsibilities: * Register and manage incidents arising during operational processes. * Analyze reported cases and apply the appropriate procedures. * Identify responsible parties and document case evidence. * Track and close incidents within established timeframes. * Report metrics and outcomes to the relevant department.
