Coordination with internal and external departments On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Management Assistant** who will provide comprehensive support to the General Management and ensure order and control over document and administrative management. **Main Responsibilities** \- Maintain physical and digital document organization (highly organized profile). \- Manage administrative, legal, and operational documents. \- Manage the General Management’s schedule. \- Request and track internal and external documentation. \- Coordinate with internal departments (Administration, Legal, and Operations). \* Draft and manage letters addressed to external entities. **Requirements** \- Technical or university studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields (in progress or completed). \- Minimum of 4 months’ experience in similar positions. \- Knowledge of document management. \- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law (desirable). \- Experience in the transportation sector (desirable). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Strong orientation toward organization, honesty, and proactivity. \- Must reside in districts adjacent to La Molina. **Working Conditions** \- Work modality: On-site. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Location: La Molina. \- Contract type: MYPE payroll. \- Remuneration: S/ 1,500 – S/ 2,500 APPLY NOW WhatsApp: 986 711 603 reclutamiento@believingtalents.com Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
