Job Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Assistant for new product development, preparation and baking, supplier coordination, cleaning, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of new products and campaigns. 2. Preparation and baking of sweet and savory items. 3. Coordination with suppliers and inventory control. JOB PROFILE Full Time \- Pastry Assistant, 6 days per week \- Rotating schedule between 9 AM and 7 PM (48 hours per week) RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation of new products and campaigns Preparation and baking of doughs, frostings, and other sweet and savory items Coordination with suppliers Cleaning and organizing the workshop and shared areas Inventory control Handling orders from apps, websites, and stores REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in pastry or gastronomy, with at least 6 months of experience in bakeries or pastry shops.
