Do it with pride.** You independently operate and maintain at least one process, piece of equipment or system following Autonomous Maintenance (AM) standards, and apply your technical skills to enhance line and/or system performance to meet business needs. **How You’ll Contribute** You will achieve our objectives in safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale. You will execute all standard work processes on your team using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards, ensure compliance with safety procedures and execution of quality assurance activities, track losses on your line and report them. **What You’ll Bring** The desire to advance your future and accelerate your career. You will contribute experience and knowledge such as: * Production assistant on production lines with training * Plant operational safety and quality standards * Excellent collaboration in a diverse work environment **EDUCATION/ SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum two years’ experience in production plants preferred. **JOB-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Product feeding * Line cleaning * Equipment cleaning under supervision of a machinist or specialist * Product recovery / Palletizing & case packing * Manual tasks related to operations * Participate in DMS routine * Know your skills matrix * Execute AM Work Processes: Identify and eliminate abnormalities, perform CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication), 5S, LUP, KAIZEN, and participate in RCA. * Perform routine Occupational Safety and Health activities: SOC, Loto, Risk Maps, identify environmental aspects and impacts, identify and report unsafe conditions, near misses and accidents. * Perform routine quality assurance activities: Follow GMP guidelines and report quality alerts. * Participate in Integrated Systems Day: IL6S, Steps 1 to 7 of Autonomous Maintenance. * Provide support in packaging areas, material handling to organize products and ensure delivery in good condition. * Verify correct quantities of working materials to request supply and continue packaging activities. * Know and manage your Level 3 skills matrix Business Unit Summary Wacam is Mondelēz International’s Latin America presence with more than 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
