You will execute all standard work processes on your team using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and carry out quality assurance activities. You will bring experience and knowledge such as: * Production assistant experience on production lines, including training * Plant operational safety and quality standards * Excellent collaboration within a diverse workplace **EDUCATION / SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum two years’ experience in manufacturing plants is desirable. **JOB-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Product feeding * Line cleaning * Equipment cleaning under supervision of a machinist or specialist * Product recovery / Palletizing & boxing * Manual tasks related to operations * Participation in DMS routine * Knowledge of your skills matrix * Execution of AM Work Processes: Identify and eliminate abnormalities; perform CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication); 5S; LUP; KAIZEN; participation in RCA * Routine Occupational Safety and Health Activities: SOC, LOTO, Risk Maps; identification of environmental aspects and impacts; identification and reporting of unsafe conditions, near misses, and accidents * Routine Quality Assurance Activities: Follow GMP guidelines and report quality alerts * Participation in Integrated Systems Program: IL6S; Steps 1–7 of Autonomous Maintenance * Provide support in packaging areas and material handling to organize products and ensure timely, high-quality delivery * Verify required quantities of work materials to request supplies and continue packaging activities * Knowledge and management of Level 3 Skills Matrix Business Unit Summary Wacam is Mondelēz International’s Latin America presence, with over 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
