The role will be responsible for administering and maintaining the project master data, coordinating operational milestones related to containers (pickups, assignments, and returns), managing key reports and documentation, and supporting associated operational cost control (e.g., demurrage/detention and storage), ensuring traceability and timely communication with involved stakeholders. Main responsibilities Administer and maintain the project master template, ensuring consistency and traceability of information. Complete and monitor key operational fields (e.g.: invoiced, status, identification, demurrage, transport to temporary warehouse, return). Coordinate container pickups among GEODIS, temporary warehouse, and carriers, ensuring alignment of sequence and timing. Assign containers per carrier and support planning of pickup operations both from port and from the temporary warehouse. Manage urgencies related to demurrage & detention, performing follow-up and escalation as required. Prepare and send periodic operational reports to the client. Review and administer Survey reports, ensuring receipt, control, and follow-up. Manage information for client billing of storage (consolidation and control of required data). Receive and administer digital POD from the site, ensuring availability and document organization. Receive and channel client pickup requests, coordinating their follow-up with respective operational departments. ### **Applicant's profile** Requirements Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in this or similar positions. Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
