




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to manage the full hiring cycle—from posting job openings to preparing reports and supporting workplace wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for personnel. 2. Conduct interviews, verify references, and prepare psychosocial reports. 3. Participate in job fairs and strengthen employee wellness programs. At TYMSAC, we are currently seeking a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT for our Callao office. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Psychology \- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection activities, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Post job vacancies on various platforms. * Evaluate and conduct face-to-face interviews. * Verify criminal and police records of applicants and validate prior professional references within the industry. * Prepare psychosocial reports for selected candidates. * Attend job fairs or networking events focused on recruitment or employer branding. * Conduct home visits to employees to better understand their personal and family environment, thereby strengthening our employee wellness and support program. * Support the organization of training seminars and programs aimed at improving workplace climate. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
