Participate in job fairs and strengthen employee wellness programs. At TYMSAC, we are currently seeking a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT for our Callao office. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Psychology \- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection activities, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Post job vacancies on various platforms. * Evaluate and conduct face-to-face interviews. * Verify criminal and police records of applicants and validate prior professional references within the industry. * Prepare psychosocial reports for selected candidates. * Attend job fairs or networking events focused on recruitment or employer branding. * Conduct home visits to employees to better understand their personal and family environment, thereby strengthening our employee wellness and support program. * Support the organization of training seminars and programs aimed at improving workplace climate. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
