IPH TRANSPORTES seeks to hire a **Warehouse Operator**, responsible for executing merchandise loading, unloading, and storage operations, ensuring correct equipment usage, warehouse order, and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in mechanics, logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations and forklift operation. * **Valid driver's license (minimum category A1).** * **Valid forklift operation certification (mandatory).** * Proven experience operating forklifts (electric, internal combustion, or reach-type). * Knowledge of warehouse processes: inventory management, picking, packing, and FIFO system. **Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts for merchandise transportation, loading, and storage. * Conduct daily machinery inspections (operational checklist). * Perform merchandise loading and unloading (trucks, containers, and racks). * Stack, relocate, and organize products in the warehouse according to the FIFO system. * Support inventory control (counting and recording). * Carry out operational tasks: labeling, picking, packing, and packaging. * Photographically document merchandise entering and exiting the warehouse. * Ensure proper use of equipment and tools. * Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and risk prevention protocols. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Physical work capability **BENEFITS:** * Career development path * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
