IPH TRANSPORTES seeks to hire a **Warehouse Operator**, responsible for carrying out loading, unloading, and storage operations of goods, ensuring proper equipment usage, warehouse organization, and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in mechanics, logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations and forklift operation. * **Valid driver's license (minimum category A1\).** * **Valid forklift operation certification (mandatory).** * Proven experience operating forklifts (electric, internal combustion, or reach-type). * Knowledge of warehouse processes: inventory management, picking, packing, and FIFO system. **Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts for moving, loading, and storing goods. * Conduct daily machinery inspections (operational checklist). * Perform loading and unloading of goods (trucks, containers, and racks). * Stack, relocate, and organize products in the warehouse under the FIFO system. * Support inventory control (counting and recording). * Carry out operational tasks: labeling, picking, packing, and packaging. * Photographically document goods entering and leaving the warehouse. * Ensure proper use of equipment and tools. * Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and risk prevention. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility and punctuality * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Physical work capability **BENEFITS:** * Career development path * Formal payroll from the first day of employment Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
