Job Summary: Unilog is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate local and international goods receipt and dispatch activities, supervising picking and packaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel management and use of warehouse equipment **Unilog**, a leading provider of logistics solutions with presence in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate all activities related to goods receipt and dispatch processes for both domestic and international markets. Supervise picking and packaging activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate goods receipt and dispatch with the area manager. * Review the packing list during goods receipt and dispatch processes. * Assign daily tasks to personnel under supervision. * Perform picking according to the issued picking list. * Conduct daily inventory of goods and perform a full inventory once per month after each monthly closing. * Distribute and store materials in designated locations using assigned equipment (hydraulic or electric pallet trucks, forklifts, stackers, etc.). * Monitor tasks performed by assistants in packaging, dispatch, receipt, and internal goods distribution within the warehouse. * Inspect and label goods prepared for dispatch, whether for the domestic market or export. * Carry out the goods receipt process. * Coordinate transportation according to cargo type and weight. * Prepare a goods receipt report including photographs of received goods. * Generate reports on pending manual waybills requiring regularization and pending credit notes to be issued. * Request daily corrections for cargo volumes by verifying physical goods and updating the system accordingly. * Coordinate with the sector specialist to secure necessary resources for the following day’s operations. * Complete required resource information in the Work Order (OT), as agreed with the Area Manager. * Arrange transportation for loading and coordinate container return. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Professionals with completed technical education or currently pursuing or having incomplete university studies. Required Knowledge: * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office and ability to navigate and use websites. * Knowledge of BPA. * Basic knowledge of the 5S methodology. * Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a warehouse supervisor (mandatory); minimum 1 year operating stackers or forklifts (preferred).
