Job Summary: This role aims to accelerate the analytical and operational capabilities of the Multi-Category B2B business through automations, dashboards, and data tools, supporting Management in cross-functional projects. Lead cross-functional automation and digitalization projects. **Date:** May 27, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Accelerate the analytical and operational capabilities of the Multi-Category B2B business by developing automations, dashboards, and data tools, acting as the right-hand support to the Area Manager for executing cross-functional projects in Trade, Route to Market, Finance, and Commercial — with the objective of freeing up decision-making capacity and increasing the team’s response speed.**What will you do in this role?** * Design and maintain Trade dashboards: tracking coverage, execution, and sell\-out by channel, zone, and category. * Build automated templates for Trade: settlements, activation budget control, and field management reports. * Develop Route to Market dashboards: visibility of DEX network, customer coverage, visit frequency, and zone penetration. * Automate periodic report and communication delivery (e.g., results emails, indicator alerts, month-end closures) via Python/scripts. * Build and maintain SQL/BigQuery queries for validating credit notes and supplier payments: reconciling negotiated, executed, and SAP/Odoo-recorded amounts. * Develop discount and promotion control tools: tracking execution vs. budget and profitability per activation. * Lead automation and digitalization projects, coordinating as needed with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. * Build and update the business levers tracking model, integrating data sources from SAP, Odoo, and Excel. **What do we need from you?** * Graduates in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles similar to this position. * Advanced SQL proficiency. * Advanced Power BI proficiency. * Intermediate Python proficiency. * Experience with AI tools. * Experience in Data Science.
