Focus on tendering and contracting processes **Tender Analyst** **Position Summary** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Tender Analyst** to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking technical-economic proposals, ensuring compliance with requirements and timely submission of documentation. **Responsibilities** * Prepare technical-economic proposals for various institutions and assemble deliverables per process. * Conduct daily monitoring of requirements on public and private procurement portals. * Generate necessary documentation for formalizing contracts in awarded tenders. * Prepare tender process reports, including outcomes and closure follow-ups. * Compile and assemble proposals using information provided by planning and budget departments. * Prepare information sheets and review public and private tender documents. * Collaborate with the Head of the Commercial Department to achieve targets. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions, with emphasis on tendering processes. * Basic knowledge of procurement and acquisition regulations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Base salary + commissions Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
