Position Summary: The Tourism Operations Assistant coordinates tourism services, reservations, suppliers, and itineraries to ensure a satisfactory travel experience, providing logistical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate tourism services to ensure a seamless travel experience. 2. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of services. 3. Develop travel itineraries and manage reservations. The Tourism Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of tourism services provided by the agency, including reservation coordination, supplier coordination, itinerary development, and contingency handling—all aimed at guaranteeing a smooth and satisfying travel experience for clients. Works closely with the Operations Manager, providing logistical and administrative support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of services, as well as in the accurate coordination of trips and associated services. Responsibilities: * Support management in executing internal projects and preparing statistical reports related to operations. Process necessary reservations for passengers' trips (hotels, transportation, entrance tickets to tourist sites, etc.). * Assign guides and briefers, and manage entrance tickets for respective tourist attractions. * Update and monitor the Lima Services Spreadsheet, ensuring its accuracy and timely updates. * Coordinate with suppliers to reconfirm certain reservations several days prior to passenger arrival. * Develop passengers' travel itineraries. * Update service information in the system before, during, and after the trip. * Support the rescheduling of trips affected by incidents and/or contingencies.
