Ongoing training in financial management **Qchurros S.A.C.**, a growing Peruvian company, is seeking a highly committed **Financial Analyst** with solid expertise in financial management to join our team. Responsibilities * Inventory audits – Calculation of actual Food Cost – Comparison of actual Food Cost vs. PxQ * Weekly preparation and review of payment proposals and execution thereof. Weekly bank reconciliation. * Support in drafting the annual budget. Use of financial tools to analyze budget vs. actual performance on a weekly and monthly basis. * Review of petty cash funds and support to the finance department in any other requests related to the position. * Other duties related to the position. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Knowledge of tax and labor regulations applicable to MYPEs (Micro and Small Enterprises). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
