Participate in the implementation and monitoring of risk indicators. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide reasonable assurance regarding internal control over business operations. Promote a risk prevention culture across the company. * Generate reports containing risk indicators. * Analyze risk indicators and identify efficient methods to conduct such analyses. * Manage KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) for the area. Lead meetings presenting analysis results of internal control audits and KRIs to process owners within the company. * Define and track actions/plans mitigating risks identified by control areas. Escalate appropriately when such actions are not addressed. * Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of available risk indicators; execute and report controls applied to processes and reports. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience. * Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods companies (preferred). * Experience participating in or leading continuous improvement projects. * Internal Audit/Internal Control/Certification Audit experience (ISO, HACCP, OSHAS, etc.) is preferred. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
