Analyze costs and identify improvement opportunities We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the proper management of the organization's accounting and financial processes. **Requirements** * Degree in Public Accounting. * 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting processes. * Knowledge of Peruvian accounting and tax regulations. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in cost analysis, taxation, and expense control. **Responsibilities** * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings. * Prepare reconciliations and accounting entries. * Prepare financial reports. * Fulfill tax obligations. * Support internal and external audits. * Analyze costs and identify improvement opportunities. **Position Conditions** * Work mode: On-site (full-time). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Employment type: Service contract. * Initial term of 3 months; possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model based on performance. * Location: San Isidro, Lima.
