




Be part of our team, we are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant: REQUIREMENTS: \-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \-Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting. \-Intermediate to Advanced level in Excel. \-Knowledge of current tax regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Carry out tax filings and submission of electronic books to Sunat \- Cash and Bank Book, journal, ledger, and others. \- Issue invoices, sales receipts, and shipping guides via Sol key and/or electronic billing system. \- Prepare Purchase Register, Sales Register, expenses, fixed assets, and other records specific to the role. \- Process payroll and issue service fee receipts. \- Prepare sworn statements and IGV collection system (withholdings and receivables). \- Record accounting entries for import costings. \- Keep all documentation, such as bank transfers and payment vouchers with proper supporting documents, organized and archived. \- Reconcile bank accounts for the companies within the Group. \- Other related duties within the area.
