




We are seeking an **Administrator and Acting Manager** for a **full-time** position—responsible, organized, and empathetic—who will oversee the administrative and operational management of our establishment in the **health and beauty** sector, ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the establishment’s daily operations. * Coordinate and supervise staff, assign tasks, and verify task completion. * Monitor inventory, supplies, and orders. * Handle cash register operations, payments, collections, and basic financial control. * Attend to customers and promptly and courteously resolve incidents. * Ensure order, compliance with internal regulations, and proper presentation of the premises. * Support planning and improvement of administrative and operational processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administration, managerial roles, or similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of administrative management and cash handling. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **We Offer:** * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and learning. * Market-competitive remuneration.
