We are looking for a Commercial Management Analyst **Position Objective:** Provide direct support to General Management in monitoring, analyzing, and tracking the commercial performance of the Scotiabank account, ensuring the proper execution of sales strategies through regional managers and supervisors in order to guarantee the achievement of established goals. **Main Responsibilities:** · Establish, together with Management, commercial management strategies and ensure their compliance. · Generate performance reports and early warnings regarding deviations. · Measure and analyze commercial indicators (sales, productivity, goal achievement). · Request and consolidate activity schedules from Regional Managers and Sales Supervisors. · Monitor progress in management activities and pipeline data provided by regional teams. · Send reports to bank coordinators. · Submit on the 5th and 20th of each month the Code Changes - disbursed operations with different codes. · Identify and propose opportunities for improvement in commercial processes and results. **Desired Profile:** · Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. · 1\-3 years of experience in commercial analysis, management control, or planning. · Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with dashboard creation tools (Power BI or similar). · Analytical ability, organization, initiative, and communication skills.
