OSH MANAGER An **industrial sector** company is seeking a professional to assume the position of **OSH MANAGER**, with a preventive focus, leadership skills, and commitment to occupational safety and health. **Location:** Callao **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Sector:** Industrial **PROFILE WE SEEK** We seek a **proactive, dynamic, responsible, committed, and results-oriented** individual, with leadership ability and effective communication skills. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** as an OSH Analyst or OSH Manager in similar positions. * Experience in **certifications/homologations**. * Knowledge of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS)**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Train and raise awareness among staff on **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** topics. * Manage and keep updated the **legal and regulatory requirements** applicable to the company. * Supervise and ensure compliance with current **OSH** regulations. * Investigate and follow up on **occupational accidents, incidents, and diseases**. * Conduct **OSH inspections** in offices and operational areas. * Promote a preventive culture and propose actions for continuous improvement.
