Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and supervision of minor construction projects, along with skills in client and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite. 3. Knowledge of maintenance and installation of security systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree and/or recent graduate. \- 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Advanced-level knowledge: AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, Office Suite. \- Basic-level knowledge: SketchUp. **KNOWLEDGE IN CCTV, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, PUMP ROOMS, AND ELECTRICAL PANELS WILL BE AN ASSET.** **EXPERIENCE:** \- Quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. \- Supervision of minor construction projects. \- Client and supplier management. \- Preparation of engineering drawings.
