Job Summary: Plan, manage, and control production costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation, valuation, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Advanced Excel proficiency. \- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cost accounting and budgeting within manufacturing plants. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or administrative support roles related to production management. Primary Responsibility: Plan, manage, and control production costs for the assigned Business Unit, ensuring accurate cost allocation, valuation, variance analysis, generation of management reports, and process standardization; thereby contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of the costing system and ERP.
