Required Profile We seek a licensed lawyer with solid knowledge of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, oriented toward practical professional practice and interested in developing defense strategies and criminal litigation. Requirements * Proven experience in criminal litigation. * Participation in prosecutorial and judicial hearings. * Experience in monitoring prosecutorial investigations and criminal proceedings. * Drafting procedural documents, complaints, appeal motions, and other actions inherent to criminal representation. * Strong legal analytical, writing, and argumentation skills. * Proficient case file management and coordination of procedural strategies. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in law firms specializing in criminal law. * Experience at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Judiciary, or Attorney General’s Offices. * Knowledge of crimes against public administration, economic crimes, and organized crime. * Willingness to travel outside Lima when service requirements demand.
