Opportunity for professional development in a proactive and dynamic environment We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills, representing the company’s institutional image while providing administrative and logistical support to various departments. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Greet customers, visitors, and suppliers courteously at the reception area, promptly addressing their requests. * Manage the telephone switchboard, emails, and correspondence. * Maintain and coordinate the General Manager’s schedule, including personal matters: travel, flights, accommodation, meetings, credit card payments, etc. * Coordinate the driver’s (logistics) schedule based on management requests and urgent office tasks related to document delivery. * Supervise office operations: identify anomalies, coordinate repairs, maintenance, and services with vendors. * Coordinate and carry out procurement of kitchen supplies (Love Kitchen), such as coffee, tea, utensils, etc. * Schedule payments to urban reviewers, process tax retention payments, and upload ITF payment receipts to the CAP platform. * Issue invoices, sales receipts, credit notes, and debit notes in the relevant system. * Provide administrative support to various departments as required. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting, or technical/university studies in Executive Secretarial, Management Assistance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in electronic invoicing and issuance of financial documents (invoices, sales receipts, credit notes, debit notes). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly and discreetly. ***DESIRED SKILLS*** * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. * Results-oriented mindset and effective time management. * Ability to coordinate effectively with various vendors and internal departments. * Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative topics.
