Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR**, to join our team. **Minimum Requirements:** * Professionals holding a degree and registered with the professional association in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical QA/QC Engineer in the hydrocarbon sector or equivalent projects. * Knowledge and ability to apply discipline-specific technical standards: AWS D1\.1, ASME, structural installation, NDT. * HSE knowledge applied to construction, high-risk activities, and work permits. Responsibilities: * Prepare project management (PMO) documents corresponding to the mechanical discipline. * Review project progress and strategies with clients, relevant to the role. * Plan and direct personnel under supervision; monitor their assigned responsibilities within the project being supervised. * Prepare and/or review Technical Queries (TQ) and Requests for Information (RFI). * Prepare specifications, terms of reference, and scope documents for subcontracting related to the mechanical discipline. * Lead and organize status, progress, and construction scheduling meetings. * Review engineering documents according to the scope of responsibilities. * Review the project scope statement corresponding to the mechanical unit or discipline. * Review the schedule of the project being supervised. * Review the quality plan of the project being supervised, specific to the mechanical discipline. * Verify and validate execution and compliance of services or subcontracts (site visits, reports). * Support preparation of commercial proposals. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Employment Conditions:** * Contract for a specific project * Project duration: 3 months * Project location: Ventanilla \- Callao * Formal payroll from day one * Working hours: Mon–Fri 7:30 am \- 5:30 pm, Sat 7:30 am \- 1:30 pm Salary: S/.5,500\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have as a mechanical supervisor in the hydrocarbon sector? * In which district do you reside? \* Do you have immediate availability? * What are your salary expectations?
