Opportunity for professional growth and development **CONSTRUYE GROUP** is looking for an **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist** to join our team and participate in an important construction and sanitation project in Ventanilla. We seek professionals committed to occupational safety and health, capable of identifying hazards, supervising compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a prevention culture on site. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct periodic site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and acts. * Implement and supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Train personnel on safety procedures and protocols. * Develop and update hazard identification matrices and risk assessment matrices. * Develop and monitor emergency response plans. * Record and prepare incident and unsafe condition reports. * Coordinate with the site team to ensure implementation of safety measures. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other risk prevention-related duties assigned by immediate supervision. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or professional education in **Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 to 3 years** of experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist in construction projects. * Experience in **sanitation projects**. * Advanced knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Familiarity with the **Occupational Safety and Health Law** and applicable regulations. * Valid **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification**. * Ability to prepare and present technical reports. * Responsibility, communication skills, leadership, and prevention orientation. * Availability to work onsite in **Ventanilla**.
