Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to design, monitor, and analyze management dashboards and indicators, as well as prepare managerial reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and monitoring of management dashboards 2. Analysis of indicators and improvement proposals 3. Preparation of reports and management reports We are currently looking for an HR professional with experience to join our office located in Surquillo, with immediate availability. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Must reside in Surquillo or nearby districts. * Experience in preparing managerial reports. * Proficiency in management dashboards and indicators. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience managing and tracking KPIs. * Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
