Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and formulate pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, and business plans for investment projects. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of modifications in project structuring **JOB PROFILE** **Requirements** \- University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering. \- Minimum of 04 years of experience in the private or public sector. \- At least 02 years of experience as an analyst or specialist in Projects, Financial Planning, Business Development, Project Formulation, or Consulting. \- Courses or Diplomas in Investment Project Formulation and Evaluation. \- Optional specialization in Project Management (PMI / PMBOK methodology) or Corporate Finance. **Responsibilities** \- Prepare and formulate pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, business plans, and project profiles for investment projects according to organizational requirements. \- Conduct market analysis, supply-demand analysis, and financial projections (NPV, IRR, cash flow) to determine profitability and viability of new projects. \- Review and monitor required modifications or adjustments during the initial project structuring phase. \- Perform other duties related to the specialist’s area of expertise, as necessary for the project. **Service Conditions** Indicate salary expectations.
