We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage market supply chain operations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages procurement and purchasing for markets.
2. Identifies and negotiates with suppliers to optimize terms.
3. Participates in payment reconciliation and inventory control.
A company with over 30 years in the market is currently seeking a Purchasing Analyst for its market chain; we invite you to participate in our selection process.
**Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and execute market purchases to ensure proper supply.
* Issue, process, and register Purchase Orders in the Inventory System, coordinating with suppliers.
* Continuously monitor generated orders to guarantee timely delivery of goods.
* Monitor agreed-upon supplier prices and promptly report any changes or adjustments.
* Request quotations from suppliers, analyze them, prepare comparative tables, and generate and send purchase and/or service orders.
* Identify new suppliers offering better terms to enhance organizational performance in quality, quantity, and price.
* Manage supplier payments.
* Conduct weekly inventory checks across the market chain (transportation covered by the company).
* Forecast purchase requirements based on sales projections.
* Payment reconciliation.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and/or purchasing roles.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Main office located in Surco.
