We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** Negotiate product volume across all points of sale by expanding coverage to ensure product availability for consumers and achievement of company objectives, positioning products with customers while safeguarding company assets. **Requirements** * Visit customers according to the established daily schedule to strengthen commercial relationships and ensure achievement of sales targets. * Execute commercial processes—during morning, afternoon, or additional process shifts—following the visit plan defined for each customer to optimize coverage and meet assigned goals. * Implement EEFF (Effective Execution of Field Force), install primary and secondary gondolas, and distribute POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials at points of sale to enhance product display and ensure optimal product visibility. * Analyze and plan the daily target based on quota, customers, coverage, and established guidelines to ensure achievement of performance indicators. * Submit the daily sales close-out and sales download—including volume, coverage, RTM and digital indicators, as well as guidance—to enable supervisors to complete the process accurately. * Register and update the customer registry for the assigned route area. * Gather key market information according to company requirements. **Additional Information** **Requirements:** * Technical education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Basic English. * Basic Excel proficiency.
