Grupo Lay is looking for **01 construction supervisor.** **Summary:** Responsible for controlling and ensuring the fulfillment of specific project scopes in terms of cost, quality, and time, with experience in management, coordination, and supervision of projects. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Monitor construction progress according to schedule and daily activity planning. * Prepare and maintain documentation and reports throughout the projects. * Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and/or supervisors the project execution using necessary tools. * Coordinate project resources with cost and budgeting, SSOMA, and administrative departments. * Prepare valuations, additional works, and deductions. * Maintain and safeguard on-site all documents required during execution (drawings, minutes, technical reports, specifications, communications, etc.). * Ensure that all necessary permits are always available on site. * Participate in planning activities, deadlines, materials, and equipment for project execution. * Reject and remove from site any materials or equipment that do not meet required conditions or specifications for use or incorporation into the project. * Coordinate and supervise the development of construction or final project drawings, as well as the preparation of revised budgets if necessary. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Education level: DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURE * Experience: 2 to 3 years in office implementation, retail projects, construction, or office setup-related projects. * Solid knowledge in reading architectural, electrical, and sanitary drawings and measurements. * Knowledge in budget preparation. * Knowledge in construction project management.
