The ideal candidate should be proactive, didactic, enthusiastic, creative, patient, empathetic, and collaborative. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or licensed professional in Education with specialization in Verbal Reasoning, or related fields. * **Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience** teaching at the secondary level. * Experience working with adolescents (11\-16 years old) in schools or pre-university education. * Proficiency in digital tools (Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive / Classroom, Kahoot, Quizizz, etc.). * Ability to work with students of varying academic performance levels. * Continuous updating on active methodologies and competency-based assessment. * Soft skills: leadership, empathy, teamwork, assertive communication, and institutional commitment. * **Desirable experience preparing students for internal assessments or university admission mock exams.** * Full availability to work throughout 2026\. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver dynamic and interactive **Verbal Reasoning** classes to various grades at the secondary level. * Develop and apply evaluation instruments according to institutional guidelines. * Actively participate in coordination meetings, workshops, and training sessions. * Design and implement instructional activities and materials that promote effective and active learning. * Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development. * Maintain clear and effective communication with guardians and parents, providing updates on students' academic progress. * Participate in extracurricular activities and institutional events. **What We Offer:** * In-person work schedule from Monday to Friday * The opportunity to join a team passionate about education and student growth. * A dynamic and motivating work environment committed to educational excellence.
