Job Summary: We are seeking an ALL-ROUND ASSISTANT to support construction, renovation, and maintenance activities, with experience in drywall, painting, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Compliance with safety procedures We are looking for an **ALL-ROUND ASSISTANT** to support construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 3 consecutive years of relevant work experience. * Experience duly certified via employment certificates. * Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. * Experience in the safe use of hand and power tools. * Certificates or training in Occupational Health and Safety. * Availability to work across various locations in Lima and Callao. * Availability for daytime, nighttime, or weekend shifts, as scheduled. * Responsible, punctual, proactive individual with a strong team-oriented attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support in drywall installation and repair. * Surface preparation, spackling, and painting. * Support in masonry and finishing tasks. * Support in basic sanitary and electrical installations, always under supervision of qualified personnel. * Assembly and disassembly of furniture and accessories. * Transport, organization, and storage of materials and tools. * Cleaning and preparation of work areas. * Mandatory compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Compensation according to the Civil Construction Labor Regime, PEÓN (ASSISTANT) category. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Work-at-height certification. * Training in high-risk operations. * Experience in renovations of offices, shopping centers, or airport facilities. * Residence in Comas, Los Olivos, San Martín de Porres, or nearby areas. * Valid driver's license.
