Job Summary: Supports the kitchen team in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including sauce and side dish preparation, and performing mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes 2. Preparation of sauces, side dishes, and salads 3.
