Specialization in Organizational Psychology **Psychology Graduate \- Remote work** We are looking for Psychology students or graduates who wish to enter or specialize in the field of Organizational Psychology. They will work in the Recruitment and Selection department, receiving full training and coaching throughout all stages of the selection process; outstanding performers will be offered a career path. Limited vacancies available. **Key Requirements:** \- Psychology students in their 4th or 5th year or Psychology graduates \- With or without recruitment experience (training will be provided). \- Availability to work remotely from home (Home office) \- Availability to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. \- Must have functional work tools: laptop or computer, mobile phone with plan, and fixed internet connection at home (preferred) **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in calling applicants \- Schedule interviews with potential candidates according to the analyzed profile \- Competency-based interviews \- Prepare psycho-occupational reports, score psychometric and projective assessments \- Conduct employment reference checks and carry out other instructions provided by their immediate supervisor **Benefits:** \- Monthly bonus of 200 soles for internet, calls, and mobility \- Commissions of S/30 up to S/50 per position filled \- Training in end-to-end personnel selection processes \- Career path \- Work certificate issued upon completion of a minimum of three months of internship at the company.
