Career development path **Sales Promoter – Lima** Our client, a highly recognized company engaged in national and international confectionery sales, is looking for sales promoters residing in Lima to work in the traditional channel. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a sales promoter in the traditional channel. * Experience in direct customer interaction. * Availability to accompany sales representatives on field visits as required by the distributor. * Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. * Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Visit established retail outlets. * Accompany sales representatives on field routes to introduce and promote products. * Conduct product trials and address customer inquiries to enhance brand awareness. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Monitor customer orders and verify order accuracy. * Escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and relevant departments. * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Total remuneration: S/1930 soles via honorarium receipt. * Base salary: S/1130. * Mobility allowance: S/300. * Sales bonus: S/500 or more. * Timely payments. * Pleasant working environment. * Career development path.
