AZURI, a leading Peruvian company in construction and consulting, is expanding and seeking top talent to fill the position of **Social Manager**. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Anthropology or Sociology. * Minimum four (04\) years of experience as: Social Manager and/or Social Facilitator and/or Social Trainer and/or Social Monitor and/or Social Specialist in rural water and sanitation projects within the Public and/or Private sector. Experience will be calculated from the date of obtaining the professional degree. * Training in: Public Management, Social Conflict Resolution, Social Project Management, Capacity Strengthening for Water and Sanitation Management. * Willingness to travel to project sites. **We Offer:** * Electronic Honorarium Receipt (RHE) payment. * SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance). * Opportunity to join our nationwide network of professionals for projects across Peru. * Salary of S/ 4,000 \+ Per Diem of S/ 1,000\.
