We are looking for talents for the position of: **Collections Assistant.** **Challenges**: * Responsible for managing client overdue accounts and conducting daily follow-up on collections via phone calls, emails, and letters as applicable. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor accounts receivable from group companies' clients. * Handle Bank Instruction Letters (promissory notes / discounted invoices) as part of collections management. * Plan collections and manage resolution of client observations to finalize collections. * Map customer payment schedules and prepare reports on incoming accounts receivable at maturity and/or advance payments. * Continuously inform clients about the status of maturing promissory notes or discounted invoices, unique numbers. * Keep the collections database updated and validate customer deposits. * Conduct detailed analysis of Accounts Receivable and reconcile with Accounting. * Define collection strategies for different clients based on prioritization. * Visit clients when necessary. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desirable specialization in collections, bank reconciliations, or related areas. * Minimum of 02 years of prior experience as a Collections Assistant. * Experience in collections from companies or government institutions. * Desirable participation in annual audits. * Desirable experience in collecting doubtful accounts. * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
