We are looking for a **Distribution and Logistics Assistant**, responsible for supporting the preparation, distribution, and delivery of materials, ensuring orders arrive on time and in optimal condition. We seek an organized, proactive, responsible individual with a service-oriented mindset, capable of efficiently coordinating the company’s logistics activities. **Requirements** * Valid motorcycle driver's license (mandatory). * Personal motorcycle (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in distribution, delivery, logistics, or warehousing. * Knowledge of routes within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability for full-time employment. * Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service attitude. * Basic knowledge of waybills and dispatch documentation (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Prepare, verify, and distribute orders according to the daily schedule. * Deliver materials, tools, and products to customers, ensuring courteous and timely service. * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments regarding order dispatch. * Verify that delivered products match waybills and other dispatch documents. * Maintain continuous communication with the company during distribution shifts. * Ensure proper transportation and preservation of products during transit. * Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing materials when required. * Comply with safety regulations, traffic rules, and internal company procedures. * Support other logistics-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal payroll enrollment after the third month of employment, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and bonuses. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Opportunities for development and growth within the company. * Formal payroll enrollment according to the current labor regime (as applicable). * Transportation or fuel allowance, based on work modality. * Ongoing training.
