We are currently seeking 01 HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT. * **Academic Qualification:** University or Technical Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources roles. * **Skills:** Attention to detail, organizational ability, proactivity, teamwork capability, and ability to work under pressure. * Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Experience handling labor inspections (SUNAFIL). * Occupational safety and health. * Experience managing employment contracts and renewals. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft-related tools. * Experience using accounting software (STAR SOFT or similar). * Work Modality: 100% on-site. Responsibilities: * Full payroll processing and fulfillment of labor obligations. * Calculation and control of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments). * Attendance tracking and management. * Experience with PDT PLAME and T-Registration. * AFP Net declaration and payment. * Managing and maintaining up-to-date personnel information. * Control and archiving of labor documentation. * Personnel scheduling and registration. * Other duties related to the HR area and/or as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
