As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking 01 professional to fill the position of **KITCHEN ASSISTANT I – FULL TIME – CALLAO FACILITY**. **What are we looking for?** We seek individuals who possess genuine passion for cooking and meet the following requirements: * Completed culinary education (certified) * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions (with work certificates) * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. **What will be your responsibilities?** Verify the condition, availability, and usability of **ingredients, equipment, and utensils** prior to production commencement. * Perform **mise en place** and prepare ingredients for cold kitchen; assist in hot kitchen operations. * Execute **cold kitchen preparations**, adhering to recipes, technical sheets, and portioning guidelines. * Ensure ingredients are **in good condition, properly labeled, and within validity period**. * Conduct proper **rotation of ingredients and products**, preventing expiration and losses. * Identify and segregate **non-conforming products**, reporting them to the chef. * Perform **physical inventory counts**, reporting discrepancies, shrinkage, or shortages. * Maintain **order, cleanliness, and disinfection** of the area, equipment, and utensils. * Carry out **production closing and shift handover**, reporting pending tasks and incidents. * Comply with **GMP, HACCP, food safety, occupational health and safety regulations**, and other company procedures. **What do we offer?** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing * Corporate discounts * EPS (optional) * Night transportation allowance * At Inversiones FISA, we promote inclusion and labor integration of persons with disabilities and uphold gender equality. * Law No. 29973 **Join our family!** Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
