Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Cleaning Staff member for general facility maintenance, including floor, furniture, and glass cleaning, as well as environmental disinfection. Collaboration in complying with safety and cleaning standards. **ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING A CLEANING STAFF MEMBER AVAILABLE TO WORK IN THE CALLAO AREA (AV. COLONIAL).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in related activities.** * **Completed secondary education is not mandatory.** * **Organized and responsible individual with manual and visual dexterity and skill.** * **Availability to work fixed hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday midday. Sundays and holidays are non-working days.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for maintaining the store, offices, and company operational areas. * Responsible for safeguarding and replenishing cleaning materials and supplies. * Responsible for complying with SIG standards. * **Floor Maintenance\-Cleaning: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping floors.** * Furniture Maintenance\-Cleaning: degreasing and dusting all parts of furniture. * Glass Maintenance\-Cleaning: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets from glass surfaces. * Disinfection of common areas, dining areas, restrooms, and transit zones. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always carrying out appropriate recycling procedures. * Replenishment of supplies: items required for the assigned work area, such as toilet paper and liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste using municipal garbage trucks. * Assisting in maintenance of relevant machinery and equipment (basic painting, basic plumbing, machine cleaning and lubrication). * Completing maintenance activity records. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1350\. * Formal employment under the General Regime, with all statutory benefits. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING STAFF** Salary: Starting at S/.1,350\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
