Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, retail, and remote-site services — covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are currently seeking a Pastry Assistant with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical studies in baking and/or pastry * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions * Residency in Callao or neighboring districts RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist throughout the entire process of preparing bakery, pastry, and confectionery products. * Meet production targets for bakery, pastry, and confectionery products. * Correctly and safely use and clean work utensils and equipment: knives, dough sheeters, ovens, etc. * Provide support in tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
